Detachment in Spirituality
Many spiritual traditions talk about detachment. In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna to do his duty without attachment to success or failure. This is called “Karma Yoga”—working with full effort but without expecting rewards.
How to Practice Detachment?
