🚫 Prohibited Acts & Legal Consequences

  • No Extraction: You are strictly prohibited from downloading (except via the app’s official offline mode), recording, “ripping,” or extracting any audio content from the Service.
  • No Distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from any content within the app.
  • Personal Use Only: The content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use ONLY within the Aum Reiki Healing & Meditation application.
  • Immediate Legal Action: Any unauthorized use of our copyrighted audio content or proprietary assets outside of the official Aum Reiki Healing & Meditation app will result in immediate and aggressive legal action. We actively monitor for copyright infringement and will pursue all available legal remedies, including DMCA takedowns, financial damage claims, and criminal reports where applicable.

2. Acceptable Use

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel at any time via your device’s store settings.
  • Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or platform policy.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Links

Aum Reiki Healing & Meditation displays advertisements via Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any websites linked within the app. Your interaction with third parties is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rishvi Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or emotional distress.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
