2. How We Use Your Information

Rishvi Ltd uses the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Aum Reiki Healing & Meditation app and its features.
  • Personalize your meditation journey and content recommendations.
  • Manage your account and authenticate your sessions securely via Firebase.
  • Process subscriptions and verify access levels via RevenueCat.
  • Display relevant ads through Google AdMob (for free-tier users).
  • Send important app updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve app performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We employ trusted third-party services to facilitate our operations:

  • Firebase (Google): Used for Authentication, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, and Database management.
  • RevenueCat: Used for secure subscription management and receipt validation.
  • Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. You can opt-out of personalized ads in your device settings.
  • Just Audio / Audio Service: Technical implementation for audio playback (no personal data collection).

4. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account.

  • In-App: Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
  • Email: Contact us at support@rishvi.co.uk. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account.
  • Usage and analytics data is retained for up to 24 months to help us improve the service.
  • Some data may be retained longer if required by legal obligations.

6. Security of Data

We implement SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to user data is strictly restricted to authorized personnel.

7. Children’s Privacy

Aum Reiki Healing & Meditation is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us immediately for deletion.
